Parking Changes on 1000 Block of E. Pacific Street

She thanked the council for the changes on that block but said problems persist on Tonka, Vine, and the 900 block of Pacific — narrow streets clogged by restaurant parking and delivery trucks backing blindly, raising safety and emergency-vehicle access concerns.

He supported making the parking changes permanent — his driveway apron was repeatedly blocked by restaurant patrons — but asked for more enforcement monitoring and suggested the restaurant owner help educate patrons about parking rules.
